Discipling these energies inside of you? 🤷🏿♂️😱💯
We are here in this realm and space to manipulate our truth with the power of Spirit. Your subconscious mind has many methods for altering reality, such as rituals, visualization techniques, lucid dreaming adventures and so on. In order to change your universe, it does take a form of discipline to act in the work. For example, I wake up 4-5am and go into my magick room. When I had a job, I used to do the work before I went to a job, Now I've disciplined myself to have that same automatic response to go do the spiritual work without having to be somewhere physically afterwards.
Every rising, no matter what, I’m getting some kind of Spiritual Work in. WHY? Because I know that’s the basis of letting spirit guide me and show me the way. Meditations, rituals, chakra work, shadow work, speaking and communing with your ancestors, all this spiritual work is a staple in you developing and shaping your truth!
Another great example is journaling. I found that when I was really consistent with my journaling practices, things would start happening in my external reality that were a direct reflection of what I was putting out there. So, if I was writing about abundance, I would start seeing opportunities for abundance come my way. If I was writing about healing an aspect of my life, I deem annoying, I would start to see my reality morph and change into that perspective.
The consistency is what I’m trying to convey, and the more consistent you are on deprograming your subconscious mind, the more things will start to happen that you might recognize as a coincidence but remember there is no such thing as a coincidence. Coincidence is just spirit lining you up with the reality you enlivened for yourself.
So, I want to encourage you, that the work is it! THE END! These Subtle Shifts in your reality will make a big impact on your internal mechanism within. Remember you were programmed, or disciplined, into the behavior or mindset that you’re currently living. It’s time to reprogram that reality and shift into a new perspective of the work! Discipline, Consistency, Effort.
