A Quick and Easy Heart Ritual I do Every Year on my EarthStrong (Heartstrong) 💪🏿💯🎂🥳 by Dream Wise

Your Heart is an intelligence within itself. When they say moving with your heart, or intuition, or however you want to label it, they are referring to this inner knowing. It is that voice inside that knows what you should do without your logical mind getting in the way.

This is why it is so important to listen to your heart because it will always guide you in the right direction. Even if your mind doesn't understand why, your heart will never steer you wrong.

Here is a Heart Ritual for you to tap into your Heart work. This simple ritual will allow you to connect with your heart and access its intuitive intelligence.

1. Find a quiet place where you can relax and be undisturbed for at least 20 minutes. Get comfortable and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
2. Close your eyes and imagine that you are standing in front of your heart. Now, visualize a door or gateway opening in the center of your chest.
3. Step through the doorway and into your heart space. Take a few moments to explore this space, becoming aware of the energy and sensations there. What Excites you? What makes you Nervous? Is there a Situation in the past that keeps coming up? What’s your fondest memory?
4. When you're ready, focus your attention on your heartbeat. Ask it for guidance on a specific issue or question that came up to you in step 3. Don't Run from the Hard Questions, I encourage everyone to take on that first.
5. Open your eyes and go about your day. Trust you will get the answers to your question either in that moment or in your day-to-day living. Trust that the information is accurate and will be of benefit to you.

This is a ritual that I used to do all the time to really move in a Heart Space. I Now do it on my Earthstrong every year to check in with God!  I found that this ritual led me to truths that I had to accept within myself. One of those truths was I wasn't as tough as I was claiming to be, and I ended up breaking free of a lot of programming that wasn't serving me. HEAVY HEAVY QUICK RITUAL FAMILY!! TAP IN.
